This package is for the bride who has planned her special day and needs assistance in putting all together the day of. We will help you finalize last minute details and execute all your plans to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Early arrival to ensure the wedding day extravaganza is created in a way that meets all your expectations

Oversee all vendor commitments and set up; make sure they're properly executed and fulfilled to your standards

Collection of items to be brought and set up on wedding day (favors, toasting glasses, cake knife, seating cards, table numbers, programs, guest book, photos, table numbers, ceremony items, personal items, etc.)

Instruction and coordination throughout entire wedding to ensure a smooth execution

Ensure tables are organized and arranged as designated including centerpieces, decorations, etc.

Lining up and guiding wedding party for processional

Work behind the scenes and closely with all vendors throughout the wedding (music, catering, photo/video, banquet manager, etc.)

Greet, assist, and direct guests to ensure smooth transition of events, give information as needed

Our "Month-Of package lets you relax and enjoy the days leading up to your wedding. Turn the details over to us and rest easy knowing that every last box has been checked. On the day of your wedding, our team will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly and will allow you, as well as your family and friends, to kick back and celebrate!
Our Month-Of Package begins 5 weeks before your wedding day and includes:
